In case of cancellation, return or replacement of the products, the buyer is obliged to report a justified complaint on the telephone number 078 803 339 or electronically via e-mail martialko@martialko.mk The buyer has the right to claim in the following cases: - delivery of products that were not ordered was made - products that have expired have been delivered - the products have damages that occurred during transportation Upon receipt of the shipment, the buyer should inspect it, check whether the delivered item corresponds to the order and, in the presence of the delivery person, determine that the products are in good condition. If the shipment is defective, the buyer should complain at the same time. MARTI ALKO does not replace products after receiving the shipment, products that are not in the original packaging or that are used. The product that is unused, unpacked, can be returned within 2 days from the day of ordering, together with the attached fiscal receipt, and it can be replaced with another suitable product. MARTI ALКO reserves the right to change the policy of cancellation, return or exchange of products.
